Last night I went to see "Grease...starring American Idol Winner TAYLOR HICKS". Um...he was supposed to be Frankie Valli, but didn't come close. He appeared out of an ice cream cone 6ft above the stage, to sing 1 song in a glittered suit with wings. How do you go from being on one of the biggest stages in the world to 1 song in the local theatre of Grease. Needless to say I wasn't impresssed nor entertained. Go back to Bama Taylor and leave "Summer Nights" and "Grease Lightining" to Sandy and Danny!

Yes, I would say she is that ignorant. Ignorant of the fact that Taylors part in the show is the reason that it did great on Broadway and has lasted for two years on tour.
Taylor was not supposed to be Frankie Valli, nitwit, in fact it was Frankie Avalon in the movie. Sheesh.
Taylor was supposed to be Taylor effin Hicks and hes 100 times better than either of them.
It's local to her, jackasses. Why is it that anyone who does not absolutely love and fawn over Taylor gets attacked and called belittling names?
Despite the blogger's opinion, Taylor Hicks is the driving force behind this particular rendition of Grease. If not for his (albeit brief) appearance, it would likely NOT be the sell-out hit that it has become.
Blogger, this particular production is a melding of the movie and the original play which predates the movie by quite a bit. And there is a WORLD of difference between Frankie Valli and Frankie Avalon. Oh, and please excuse the previous two commenters. They have quite the reputation in the Taylor Hicks fanworld as being instigators and trolls.
